Our scheme for the refurbishment and extension of an existing terraced house in Chelsea has just been submitted for planning, The original house had been divided into three sub-standard units; the proposed scheme involves a large lower ground floor extension and a small bay window extension at upper ground floor level. Together, the two extensions allow the reconfiguration of the interior layout to provide 2 much imporved residential units.
