Furze Lane

Our scheme for a new build replacement dwelling has been submitted for planning. The brownfield site on Furze Lane is surrounded by woodland in the green belt just outside the village of Stock in Essex. The new house draws on vernacular precedents and materials but is given a fresh contempoarty treatment.

Shawfield Street

Our scheme for the refurbishment and extension of an existing terraced house in Chelsea has just been submitted for planning, The original house had been divided into three sub-standard units; the proposed scheme involves a large lower ground floor extension and a small bay window extension at upper ground floor level. Together, the two extensions allow the reconfiguration of the interior layout to provide 2 much imporved residential units.

Harrow on the Hill

Work is about to commence on our project in Harrow on the Hill. Located on the High Street, the site was a former council office, council chamber and fire station, and is surrounded by historic buildings. It was in civic use until the middle of the 20th C, but now lies empty. The building contains a number of impressive oak-panelled rooms with ornate corniced ceilings, and a grand entrance hall and stone staircase, all of which are being preserved and incorporated into the
