Effra Road revisited

We had the pleasure of showing Claire Bennie around our Effra Road affordable housing scheme in Brixton 4 years after the project was completed. It was great that the project felt lived in and to see that the external balcony spaces were being well used. We particularly enjoyed the vibrant collection of planters and hanging baskets in front of one of the dwellings. We spoke to a number of the residents who were all very appreciative of our design and happy to be living there.
